More than 28 years of experience in client relationship management and business administration. Holding prestigious positions in leading private sector and public sector financial firms.
Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) and certifications in management accounting. Team Finova is guided with his expertise and knowledge in international business consulting. Extensive experience and exceptional quality of work makes him unique among other business setup consultants in UAE. In his role as the pioneer head of Finova, he exemplifies his vision, spirit, and passion in his approach to clients.

Qualified Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2007. More than 15 years of experience in practise and currently pursuing CPA(Australia). Qualified in UAE corporate tax and UAE VAT from Institute of ICAI. Qualified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud detection and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards.
Expertise: Experienced in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Finance and Accounts,Consultancy, Management and Project Feasibility Studies, Commercial & Company Law, Company Incorporation. Handled complex audit & accounting assignments in all sectors and also well versed with latest updates in IFRS, IAS, etc.Has successfully led teams to provide quality deliverables on a timely basis.
CA MARIA GEORGE (Director)
Experienced Chartered Accountant Finance professional and Practicing Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2013.Qualified in forensic accounting and fraud detection by ICAI and a Qualified Social Auditor ( SEBI). Holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and qualified in UAE Corporate Tax and UAE vat from ICAI.
Expertise: Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, Financial due diligence, Investigations, Forecasting and Budgeting, Agreed upon procedures, Corporate governance, Review and presentation of financial documents, Valuations and other business consultancy.
